About Ideas Economy: Innovation
On March 23rd and 24th, 2011, The Economist will convene our second annual Ideas Economy: Innovation event, this year focusing on entrepreneurship in a disruptive world. The summit will attract executives who believe in the power of innovation to transform our businesses, our lives and our planet.
The Economist believes that for humanity to continue its upward trajectory, we must take seriously the challenges before us and move faster toward innovations that can truly impact positive change. We will do this by exploring ways to better nourish entrepreneurial activity inside organizations big and small, better understanding the risks associated with innovation and entrepreneurship, and fully investigate the systems and structures needed to fuel innovation in the years to come.
Why should you attend?
- GET A VISION of how entrepreneurship in a disruptive, changing world lead to progress.
- MEET the smartest enterpreneurs and hight level thinkers minds.
- UNDERSTAND how to create change on the global stage for an innovation economy.
- OPEN YOUR MIND to new strategic thinking around innovation and business.
- COLLABORATE with leaders from business, academia and government to develop practical solutions.
- BE PREPARED to succeed in a vastly different world.
