Friday, November 11th

3:30pm - Hotel Check-in Begins (for guests staying at the hotel)

4:30-5:30pm - Event Registration

5:30-7:00pm - Dinner (on your own)

7:00-9:00pm - Main Session - His Story, Our Story: The Cross & Crown -- Romans 8:1-30 Christa Bohannon (IDC)

9:00-10:00pm - After Hours (Special Event - Optional)

Saturday, November 12th

8:00-9:00am - Breakfast (on your own | coffee will be provided)

9:00-11:30am - Main Session - Waiting Eagerly -- Romans 8:23-26 Rachael Russell (Harvest Church)

11:30am-12:30pm - Lunch (on your own)

12:45-3:30pm - Breakout Sessions

Tickets

All women who desire to attend this retreat must purchase a ticket through Evenbrite. This ticket does not include hotel accomodations, parking fees, or meals.

Don't Forget Your Ticket! Your ticket will be required at Event Registration on November 11th.

Hotel Accomodations

Retreat events will be taking place at the Holiday Inn Downtown Raleigh Hotel. IDC has reserved a block of rooms for Friday night, however, you are responsible for making your own reservations (this includes finding roommates to share the room if you desire).

Room Rate: $122.90 | taxes included | 1 King or 2 Double Beds

Can sleep up to 4 per room

Meals

You will be responsible for your meals, including meal reservations. We will send a list of nearby restaurants closer to the event so you can best plan your meals.

Please be advised, the hotel does not allow any food to be brought into the hotel. (Granola bars and simple snacks are okay.)

Coffee will be provided on Saturday morning.




FAQs

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

This is a women only event. You must first meet that requirement. Ladies age 16 and older are welcome to participate. No children under 16 will be permitted to this event.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

There is a $7 daily parking fee to park at the hotel (payable to the Holiday Inn). You may also park in public parking close to the hotel. *Most public parking is free beginning at 7pm on Friday through Sunday.

*You will be responsible for all public parking meter charges you incur.

What can/can't I bring to the event?
