In this 90 minute class, you'll learn tips for keeping the immune system healthy, great ideas for lunches, ways to address learning challenges, plus natural solutions for digestive distress, staying hydrated, mood management, and other plant-based solutions to help you meet the everyday challenges of parenthood and going back to school.
