ICL Jumu'ah Registration for 12th February 2021

The Masjid is now open for indoor congregational prayers, ٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّٰه

Based on the COVID-19 guidelines set by the State Health Department and Alameda County for indoor religious activities , we are limiting occupancy to 25 congregants.

As part of the registration process, you will be required to answer non protected medical information by completing a short questionnaire. The intention of collecting this information is to prevent potential transmission of illness within the congregants and the community.

You will also be required to provide a contact number for the purpose of contact tracing.

Indoor Prayer Guidelines:

• Must be above13 years
• Please bring your own prayer mat
• Wear face mask at all times when you are inside the masjid, covering both nose and mouth
• Abide by social distancing measures at all times keeping 6 ft distance
• Bathroom facilities are closed and please make your Wudu before coming to the masjid
• Please perform your sunnah prayers at home

Looking forward to seeing you and please remember to cooperate with the staff and volunteers as this is a new process and not an easy task for all of us.
