Coaching Excellence in Organizations:
The Anatomy of Conversations
Speaker: Bob Dunham
· What is the existing language of leadership within an organization?
· As coaches, how do we listen for the “missing elements” and highlight these for our clients?
· How would communication between leaders and teams be more effective if these distinctions were used daily?
· How do we evoke more valuable actions in teams and organizations?
Bob Dunham has been working with leaders and organizations for over three decades and was doing executive and leadership coaching before there was a name for it. At our request, he is bringing his wealth of knowledge and experience to the topic of how coaches can increase their impact in their work with organizations. According to Bob, one of the best ways to generate value for organizational clients is to identify the conversations between leaders and teams that optimize performance. If you coach on an organizational level, or think you might like to, this is a presentation not to be missed.
