Announcing Keynote Speaker Kay Peterson!
"How You Learn Is How You Live: Transforming through Learning
Relationships"
Learning is central to coaching; yet, few people have considered what learning is or examined their own approach to learning. Kay Peterson will make the process of learning explicit, and demonstrate how learning gives us the tools to take charge of our own lives and to empower our clients long after our engagements have ended.
The process can help us improve performance, learn something new, and achieve our goals. In this presentation, Kay will describe how our ability to make learning a priority in our lives and relationships is the key to growth and transformation.
ABOUT KAY PETERSON:
Kay Peterson is the founder of the Institute for Experiential Learning, a coach and organizational development consultant. Kay lives as a lifelong learner and brings an approach of curiosity, creativity and inspiration to her clients. Her previous career roles have included: clinical nurse specialist, sales manager, start-up entrepreneur, family-business owner, CEO, and president of a healthcare and library board. It was not until Kay “learned how to learn” with Experiential Learning that the lights went on regarding how people change and develop. Now, Kay delivers a creative and direct approach to help leaders and professionals reach their highest potential at any point in their careers by deliberately using the power of learning and development to thrive. She applies the values and ideas of Experiential Learning with clients and in her own life.
