Ice Wine Progressive Dinners

The Wine Growers of the Grand River Valley Ice Wine Festival takes place the entire month of March 2022 from 12-5pm. We've put together an Ice Wine Dinner experience option on four separate Fridays in March during festival. Each date with its own unique menu.

Start with an appetizer and wine pours at Cask 307. Move on to Grand River Cellars for a full-serve main course and paired wines. Dessert will be served at Debonné Vineyards with additional wine pours. After your meal, head over to Red Eagle Distillery for an after-dinner cocktail to end the evening. $59.95 per person includes tax & gratuity.

MARCH 4 MENU Appetizer: Crab Cake Slider

Entrée: Pork Tenderloin OR Baked Haddock (Lenten) with Creamy Dijon Sauce; Herb-Roasted Potatoes; Arugula, Pine Nut, Mandarin Orange Salad tossed with Peach Balsamic Dressing

Dessert: Peach Flan Dessert

Cocktail: Dirty Hoe Martini - Chocolate, Bourbon, Espresso, Cream

MARCH 11 MENU Appetizer: Smoked Salmon Slider

Entrée: Pot Roast OR Grilled Shrimp (Lenten) with Rosemary Wine Sauce, Parsnip Puree, Bourbon-Roasted Carrots

Dessert: Apple Cheesecake (Lavender Jones Gluten-Free Bakery)

Cocktail: Hot Cider with Red Eagle Maple Rum

MARCH 18 MENU Appetizer: Reuben Slider OR Smoked Salmon Slider (Lenten)

Entrée: Grilled Chicken OR Salmon (Lenten) with Creamy Lemon-Garlic Sauce and Mediterranean Penne Pasta

Dessert: Lemon-Mascarpone Cake

Cocktail: White Chocolate Raspberry Martini with Vodka

MARCH 25 MENU Appetizer: Beef & Blue Cheese Slider OR Salmon Slider (Lenten)

Entrée: Braised Pork Shank Osso Bucco OR Grilled Shrimp (Lenten) served with Ala Vodka Sauce over Penne Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Dessert: Apricot Tart (Lavender Jones Gluten-Free Bakery)

Cocktail: Pumpkin Spice with Brandy Martini
