Overview

This introduction sets the foundation for the ICBM Workshop Series with a focused, look at Black men and intergenerational trauma.

This 90-minute introduction sets the foundation for the ICBM Midweek Workshop Series with a focused, powerful look at how Black men and their allies can begin re-engineering their lives. It explores the historical, social, and cultural disruptions—such as intergenerational trauma, systemic shifts, and outdated models of masculinity—that have shaped Black male identity.

Rooted in CPFM, (Culturally Principaled Framework of Masculinity), Jumpstart invites participants to begin releasing inherited burdens and confusion that no longer serve us. Through truthful dialogue, cultural reflection, and collective insight, this session opens the door to new possibilities of strength, healing, and leadership.

You’re not broken—we’re just here to remind you of who you are. By upgrading your mindset and reclaiming your personal fidelity, clarity, and purpose, this session clears a path for deeper autonomy, stronger brotherhood, and a powerful future built with intention and truth.

This is the call to begin building what has yet to exist.
