The ICAN Child Abduction Task Force will be a virtual conference this year.

About this event

The ICAN Child Abduction Task Force presents the 3rd Annual ICAN Child Abduction Training for Law Enforcement.  The ICAN Child Abduction Task Force is a multi-disciplinary team sponsored by the Inter-Agency Council on Child Abuse and Neglect (aka ICAN).  The Task Force meets every third Wednesday of the month and includes all the agencies in LA County that participate in various aspects of child abduction.  This includes local and federal law enforcement, DA, County Counsel, community mental health agencies, Find the Children, and DCFS. 

This conference is a free virtual training for law enforcement regarding the practices and procedures surrounding child abduction.  Presenters include District Attorney, LAPD, FBI and others.  There is no education credits available.
