World Class Experiental Training
Eliassen’s coaching workshops primarily consist of hands-on activities done in diversified groups of 4-6 people. Groups are reformed multiple times throughout the workshops. The workshops are infused with the combined experience of one of the world’s largest and most experienced Agile Coaching organizations.
Course Instructor:
Tom Wessel, Regional Agile Delivery Leader
Tom Wessel is Eliassen Group's Regional Agile Delivery Lead based in the Southeastern Region. Tom has over 20 years’ experience working in the software development field various industries. His experience spans the entire end-to-end software development life cycle with expertise in the areas of program/project management, QA, knowledge management, release management, development and technical support.
Mr. Wessel is credentialed as a CSM (Certified ScrumMaster), CSP (Certified Scrum Professional), SPC4 (SAFe Program Consultant), SA (Scaled Agilist), ICP-ATF (Agile Team Facilitation), PMP (Project Management Professional), PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner), Six Sigma Green Belt, CSTE (Certified Software Tester), and ITIL v3 Foundation Certified.

Preparation Work
In preparation for the in class work, there is about ½ day of work you can do at your own pace prior to the start of the class. This includes a series of videos (webinars), some reading material, and a few assignments to create materials for use in class. It is mandatory that you complete all of the work ahead of time for certification and for you and the other participants to have the best experience possible in class.
