ICA Annual Member Meeting in Las Vegas

WE'RE THRILLED TO ANNOUNCE THE ICA ANNUAL MEMBER MEETING JANUARY 22-24, 2023, AT THE BRAND NEW RESORTS WORLD IN LAS VEGAS!

You can book your hotel rooms within the ICA room block here. We negotiated an excellent room rate for our members of $100 (plus resort fees and taxes), but supply is limited, so reserve yours quickly before they sell out.

Similarly to our 15th Anniversary meet-up last year, we are organizing a fun event that will focus on networking, combining sessions, member meetings, and social activities. It's a members' event, and we want to hear from you, so get in touch and let us know what you'd like to see at the event.

If you're around on Tuesday evening, we're going to see a show, The NEWSical! We have VIP seats and a meeting with the cast and the director after the show. The show is self-paid - $49. Please register to attend here.

Can I bring a plus one? Yes, you're welcome to bring a plus one, but please note that you will need to purchase a ticket for them as well.

I'm a corporate member - can I bring a coworker/employee? Yes, you can bring coworkers/employees. Please get in touch if you'd like to bring more than 1.

What is Resorts World Las Vegas? A brand new integrated resort on the Las Vegas Strip! The hotel blends technology, luxury, and sleek yet simple elegance bringing an elevated experience for which the Resorts World brand is known.

What's the room rate? We negotiated a significantly discounted rate of $100 per night (plus resort fees and taxes). If you'd like to upgrade, you will need to book outside of the room block, but please let us know if you decide to do that.

What is the room cancellation policy? Cancelations are allowed up to 72 hours before the event, but because we are liable for a certain amount of rooms, please let us know when you plan on doing so. Also, please inform us if you book rooms at Resort World outside of our block.

What's the cut-off date to book your room? The cut-off date for booking rooms in our room block is December 30th.

When does the event start? Sunday, January 22nd. We realize some of you might be traveling that day, so we'll plan on hosting the opening reception Sunday afternoon/evening, but we'll also organize activities during the day on Sunday for those of us who are already there!

When does the event end? We plan on wrapping up on Tuesday midday, but will consider organizing activities for those who decide to stay all of Tuesday.

Can my company or I sponsor the event? Yes, please get in touch if you are interested in sponsoring the event.

Can I get involved with the planning? Yes! We'd love to get our members leading meetings and activities! Morning run, anyone? A pickleball tournament? An expert session? Possibilities are endless so please get in touch!
