NEW FOR 2019

  • Extra Time: We've reserved the Woodland for all day Sunday this year. So we have all day to ride.
  • Extra Lunch: We'll also be serving lunch on Sunday (Breakfast too).
  • Extra Good Food: The amazing chef Rob Hunter is back and this year he's cooking both Friday and Satruday nights. Hooray!
  • Extra Comfy: Couples Glamping: We've added a new option for those of you who want a private, turn-key sleeping situation. Glamping! You'll get your own cabin and comfy sleep setup.
  • Family Glamping: Bring the kids!

We will be adding new info and additions to the event all the way up until the starting gun on August 15th.

FAQs

Do I need to own an Ibis to participate?

No, you don't have to own an Ibis. We are accepting both current and future Ibisians into the mix. And past. Bring a bike, and hopefully you'll also be able to ride one of the bikes from our demo fleet.

What are the accommodations like?

Guests will be staying in rustic redwood cabins built nearly 100 years ago, all are on the National Historic Registry, so it's like sleeping in a museum. Cabins are simple and beautiful, with little balconies and views of the forest below you. They have no electricity (and you won’t need to charge your cell phone, because there is no coverage).

Each cabin has its own little fireplace and four single cots, you supply your own bedding, unless you opt for our glamping package. A short walk from each cabin is a shower and toilet. Some adjoin one other cabin, others are stand-alone.

Are kids invited?

Yes, riders, hikers, hula hoopers and guests of all ages are welcome! We will have activities for the kids during the ride sessions so that you can confidently go on your ride. Activities include: biking, hiking, swimming, exploring, and are catered to the group of kids that sign up. Kids should bring their own bikes. (All children under 5 need to have a parent with them at all times.)

How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

Email ibismigration@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to shoot a response back within 2 days. Once we set foot in the Woodlands midday on Thursday August 15th though, we’ll be out of cell phone and email access.

NOTE: If you're coming with friends or family, who you want to bunk with, sign up as a group and we'll put you guys in the same cabin.
