IATF 16949: 2016 Standards
PROJECT-BASED TRAINING & IMPLEMENTATION

Apply for scholarship funding?

In this workshop we take the time to show participants how the tools are used, how they are interrelated, how to incorporate them into their company’s way of doing business, and how to gain improvements. When we wrap up  participants will have a plan to bring back to their company and commence AUDITING

I have found training for the sake of training a waste of resources. The lead-time between the uses of the tools are too long to retain the new knowledge when needed. Project-Based Training & Implementation is designed to solve an immediate problem. PROJECT-BASED TRAINING & IMPLEMENTATION, this is how we “Transform Quality into Value”.  CORE QUALITY TOOLS: IMPROVEMENT & IMPLEMENTATION WORKSHOP.
