Art Ventures Gallery presents Ian Ruhter, Contemporary Photographer with an exhibit entitled "Perfect Imperfections".

That fateful day, February 1, Ian Ruhter Photography comes to Menlo Park, Art Ventures Gallery to give an Art Talk with Director Dr. Katharina Powers at a standing room only reception. As it's a new video presented to the audience we get a glimpse of what it is truly like being a contemporary photographer with a craftsmanship that compares nothing less than spectacular. Characters photographed are captured in their true essence against a raw background...an abandoned village where a few settlers are still surviving in a barren land. We are stunned by the stories of these characters and landscapes portrayed. Based on the overwhelming response on Ian Ruhter's exhibition opening and support by his fans, this is why we are showing the "OBSCURA" movie.

We will be showing a recent documentary film co-directed and produced by Ian Ruhter and his film assistant Lauren Vance. You are cordially invited to witness history in the making in a town called Menlo Park, California...seat of high technology merging with high art.
