Instructor: Stan Pfoff, Linn County Combination Inspector

Stan obtained Journeyman’s license in 1986, Master License in 2005. Worked in the industry as electrician, contractor as foreman and project manager. He has instructed residential electricians as a member of the IBEW and served on the Linn County Electrical Board of Appeals, Committee for energy Storage for the Iowa Economic Development Authority.

Bluebeam Plan Review Software

IABO PPP # 1481 - Class #23453 with .7 CEU’s

This full day seminar your will learn about basic fundamentals of Bluebeam Revu for doing plan reviews. We will walk through the basic layout, interface, and navigation of the software. The class will cover these three parts:

  • Document Management (combining, extracting pdf sheets. Adding page labels and bookmarks)
  • Tool Chest Management (creating custom tool chest sets, custom tools and symbols for reuse)
  • Collaboration (introduction to Bluebeam Studio as well as general Q&A regarding the software) You will also learn about the Markups List, Stamps for Documents, and the difference between Studio Sessions and Studio Projects.

Instructor: Ken Phelps, U.S. CAD Lead Instructor

Ken has been helping customers implement and succeed with design and design review software for over 20 years. He has been a top-rated presenter at the annual Bluebeam Conference (XCON) for the last 3 years and has presented at multiple AEC conferences around the country.
