In every installment, host Kristoffer Puddicombe gathers some very funny people for a unique entertainment experience that weaves together trivia, live music, friendly banter and plenty of audience participation.
This month, we're excited to welcome back a very special guest, Milwaukee Writer and Historian, JOHN GURDA.
In addition to authoring 22 books about Milwaukee-area neighborhoods, industries, and places of worship, Gurda is a lecturer, tour guide, and local history columnist for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. The common thread in all of Gurda’s work is an understanding of history as “why things are the way they are.”
Gurda's history with the show goes all the way back to 2017, when he defeated his competitors to win a mildly problematic trophy from Kristoffer's old summer camp. Who KNOWS what treasures he'll be playing for this time?
Guests are encouraged to submit a question via cards available at the ticket booth. We're looking for open-ended, opinion-based questions to inspire lively discussion.
In the second round, each panelist will be joined onstage by an audience member to share in the fun. If you'd rather not participate in this way, simply indicate that preference when submitting your question, then sit back and enjoy the show.
