It is time to leave your trouble behind, let the stress melt away, bring your happiness alive and get on a two hours dance fitness journey of the 90's.
Starting with a lively cardio and toning dance fitness warm up with standing and floor-based exercises set to a playlist of pure classics we will be heating up the room, sweating it all out and feeling amazing.
Followed by learning and performing authentic music videos routines; developing your stamina, co-ordination and confidence all on a fun filled friendly environment.
And as always we will be closing our session with a relaxing cool down and stretches to make you feel balanced, accomplished and happy.
