I Feel Good! Mind, Body & Soul Women's Conference is an event for young women 11 - 18 years old, and adult women 19 years and older, which will be held on Saturday, August 16, 2014. This is a family oriented event that focuses on the relevant issues that young women face in society. Dads are asked to attend with their daughters as well.
The purpose of this conference is to educate and motivate women to live healthier lives; socially, financially and physically, beginning at a younger age. There will be workshops covering relevant topics related to bullying, wellness, goal setting, and more. Workshops are conducted by authorities in the fields of mentorship, business, spirituality, wellness. Vendors will provide products, services, resources and information that everyone in your family can benefit from.
