Description

SAVE THE DATE!

I am Psyched! for Healthy Aging is a FREE event in honor of the International Day of Older Persons.

The I am Psyched! initiative strives to raise awareness of the historic and contemporary contributions of women of color (WOC) to psychology. The event will feature four WOC psychologists who do innovative work in the aging arena in conversation with older adults who exemplify healthy aging in their daily lives. We encourage both students and older adults to attend!

Join us to:

  • Learn about exciting psychological research on how best to promote health and independence as we age

  • Explore career paths and opportunities in psychology and aging

  • Hear the personal stories of older adults who have overcome the challenges that often occur as we age

Moderated by:

Renee J. Nash
