Description

Join the movement of local abolitionists for a screening of I Am Jane Doe - a documentary about the fight against sex trafficking through the use of the modern technology. Then learn ways that you can advocate for others, using strategy and creativity to eradicate human trafficking, once and for all!

When: Monday, October 23, 2017, 6:00-8:30 PM

Where: U.S. Bank Conference Theater, 1739 N. High Street, Columbus, OH 43210 (inside the Ohio Union next to Sloopy's Diner)

Who: Open to all

Due to limited seating, we ask that you register in advance as seating priority will be given to those who RSVP.


Schedule

6:00 p.m. - Doors Open

6:15 p.m. - Welcome and Introduction

6:25 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. : Screening of I AM JANE DOE

8:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. : Abolitionist Panel Discussion and Call to Action - Panelists including representatives from local and campus organizations invested in advocacy and engagement.


The two nearest parking garages to the event venue are the Ohio Union North Garage and the Ohio Union South Garage. Fees for parking can be found by clicking on their respective links.
