Special Guest Speaker:

Sarah Caruso

President & CEO Greater Twin Cities United Way

Sarah has lived and engaged in the Twin Cities community for most of her life. "I love this region and believe deeply that we are all created equal, entitled to the same rights. When needs are met, people flourish. So, to be able to work on behalf of United Way’s mission alongside many caring people, means the world to me. In my role, I’m able to witness first-hand the power of bringing people together to create positive social change in our community."

Sarah works with the board of directors and staff to ensure that United Way’s strategic goals are achieved. Much of her work is externally oriented with donors, volunteers, public policy leaders and agency partners. Internally, Sarah works with the senior leadership team to set and meet annual goals, as well as assure a strong, positive work environment for all staff, volunteers, board and agency partners.
