Event description

Description

Join Chantelle Bittings, of C Bittings Therapy and Kristen Evans, of Strength & Grace Yoga, for an empowering afternoon that reaffirms and reminds women that "I Am Enough!" This afternoon is an investment into your own health, self-care, and personal happiness.

We're creating a habit of self-investment: investing in my mind- investing in my body- investing in my spirit.

It's time we stopped being hesitant, guilty, and disillusioned about practicing self-care. And time we start being proactive, confident and encouraged about practicing self-care.

Because it is not selfish, it's self preservation. You can't pour out of an empty cup. Empty fills no one's cup and always leaves you dry.

Chantelle Bittings, LCPC facilitates an empowerment discussion focused on finding the ability to love yourself (as is), investing in your own self-care, and being intentional about creating structures to support your self care.

Kristen Evans, RYT guides a yoga flow class focused on embracing and empowering self through appreciation, love, and compassion for your body & mind.

Sign up today as space is limited to the first twenty women who register for this powerful women's circle.

Chantelle Bittings, LCPC has been dedicated to providing quality mental health services for the last ten years. She is a graduate of the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana with a Bachelors degree in psychology. She also supervised a child and family outpatient department at a local community mental health center where she managed a team of therapists and case managers. She provides individual and family therapy and empowers others to make effective changes in their lives. Through Yoga and Pilates she has discovered ways to relieve physical and mental stress, compression, and tightness while restoring the body for daily performance. Her ultimate goal is to help people heighten their sense of body awareness so they can give their bodies what it needs to feel stable, strong, and move with ease.
