Overview

Take on the HYROX Half - All 8 Zones, half the distance and half the reps, no running!

This fast and furious version of HYROX removes the running component, focusing entirely on functional exercises. The distances and repetitions for all 8 Zones are cut in half. Take on this challenge solo, or as a doubles team*!

Participants will complete the following:

Ski Erg - 500m

Sled Push - 25m**

Sled Pull - 25m**

Burpee Broad Jumps - 40m

Row - 500m

Farmer's Carry - 100m

Sandbag Lunges - 50m

Wall Balls - 50 reps

*Teams only need to purchase 1 ticket

**Sled Push and Pull are done together (push-pull-push-pull). Weight for sled will be modified to the average of the push/pull - 90kg for women, 127kg for men & mixed.

***All other zones are equivalent to the HYROX Open divisions - mixed doubles use men's weights. Juniors will be modified Women's weights.
