Event description
Hydrogenics is pleased to invite you to its workshop on the EU Regulatory Framework for Renewable Hydrogen projects

About this Event

Hydrogen has become one of the most discussed topics in Brussels over the past months. Its role in the energy transition towards a zero-carbon society is now properly understood and key regulations have been adopted to stimulate a large market for power-to-hydrogen projects. Additional pieces of regulation are expected in the coming months (RED II accounting methodology, gas package, …) both at EU and national levels and these will have a decisive impact on the market uptake across member states for Renewable Hydrogen, produced from water electrolysis and powered only by renewable power. To get a better understanding of the regulatory framework for Renewable Hydrogen, Hydrogenics is organizing this workshop, gathering experts in the field, from EU organizations, industry experts and policy makers. After the workshop, there will be the possibility to visit the Hydrogenics’ production facility of water electrolysers (alkaline and PEM).
