Hyatt Regency Dallas will be hosting New Years Eve Dinner in our very own Reunion Ballroom on Saturday, December 31st starting at 7PM until 11PM featuring Live Music!

Credit Card Authorization Form will be emailed to you upon reservation registration. Your table reservation is confirmed once CC Authorization Form is submitted successfully.

FAQ

Do I need a reservation?

Yes. Reservations are made via Eventbrite and required! Dinner buffet will be available for walk ins only for Hotel Registered Guests of Hyatt Regency Dallas.

How do I know my reservation is confirmed?

Upon reserving your seat(s), you will be sent an email to fill out credit card authorization form to hold your reservation. Once your CC authorization form has been received, your reservation is considered confirmed. All reservations must be confirmed with a credit card on file.

Can I attend if I am not a hotel registered guest?

Yes, of course! Please take note though, valet parking may fill up quickly and limited to only hotel registered guests.

What will dinner seating be like?

Our ballroom for this dinner buffet event will have an open seating chart. Larger tables will be reserved for reservations for 6 guests or more.

Do you accommodate large parties?

Due to limited space, the largest party size we can accommodate is 10. We ask that the party be present in order to be seated together.

What are my drink options during dinner?

Bar will have non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks available for purchase. Bottles of Champagne are available for purchase at the door.

What is the dress code?

We suggest cocktail attire but not enforced.

Are children allowed?

Yes. Although please note we do not have high-chairs or booster seats. There is no kids menu available, pricing for children age 12 and under is reduced to $35.

What is the Reservation Cancellation Policy:

We ask that any cancellation to your reservation be made no less than 24 hours prior to event. No shows or late cancellations will be subject to a $35 fee per person that will be charged to the credit card on file.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We are a CASHLESS venue - credit/debit only, we do accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay

Do you offer parking?

Valet Parking, operated by PMSI, will be available only to Hotel Registered Guests. In and out privileges for hotel guests only. Electric charging stations are available on a first come first serve basis in our valet garage. In order to access them, guests must valet vehicle. Self-parking in the outdoor Radish Lot is conveniently located on the north end of the hotel at the intersection of Hotel Street and Reunion Boulevard West. You may also park in B-Lot.

Where can I watch the Reunion Tower's Over The Top firework show at 11:59pm CST?

There are no viewing locations inside Hyatt Regency Dallas. Our dinner buffet event concludes at 11PM to ensure all have enough time to get to firework viewing locations. We recommend getting to viewing outside location by 11:20PM. Reunion Tower staff and Dallas Police will be restricting certain entrances that lead under "hot zone" areas outside to ensure everyone's safety.
