Let's party for PRIDE, Saturday, June 25 at Underground at Ink Block in Downtown Boston!

FORMATION blends three 20-minute workouts all into one inspiring class at Boston's premier urban playground. Grab you friends, get in FORMATION and start your weekend off right, together in the name of equality, inclusivity, love and allyship! Here's what you can expect...

• VIBE: a rhythm-based choreography cycling class taught by Heather Buda and Tracy Schroeder
• BUILD: a straight-up strength class using barbells, taught by Alison Orr and Ellen Juskewitch Dolan
• FLOW YOGA: a Vinyasa class that connects longer poses to build strength and flexibility, taught by Christina Rudolf and Analise Debaie
• Plus a cool down closing Savasana at the end before you enjoy the rest of the weekend

General admission tickets prices start at $35, but you can choose to add an additional donation amount, or simply donate while not attending. 100% of all ticket sales and donations collected in eventbrite will be donated to Greater Boston PFLAG. ALL are welcome and advance registration is strongly recommended.

Please come prepared with sneakers and water. Plan for roughly 5-minutes between each format for the instructor and equipment swap. We will be using Sound Off silent disco technology in class.
