Huygens Professional Workshop

This 2-day workshop is co-organised by the University of Sydney, the Westmead Institute for Medical Research and the Kids Research Institute at the Children's Hospital at Westmead.

Huygens Professional provides deconvolution and quantitative analysis of microscopic images. This software also includes modules for

3D visualisation
Movie making
Colocalization analysis
Object segmentation and statistics
Object tracking

Invited international speaker

Mr Remko Dijkstra, Imaging Specialist SVI will be presenting a two day workshop for beginners through advanced users. The focus will be on deconvolution and the correction of imaging artifacts as a key step in imaging. In addition, the Huygens advanced 3D-5D visualization, and analysis options will be demonstrated.
