Our first Hustle + Socialize conference took place on Saturday, June 23rd, 2018 and it was a blast!

Now get ready for round two because it is going to be BIGGER, BETTER, and even more UNFORGETTABLE!


H+S is a unique professional development conference that is designed to inspire entrepreneurial women through personal and professional skill-building.

Designed as a tool to activate women in business, Hustle + Socialize provides attendees with important tools, techniques, and strategies that can be applied the very next day to achieve greater business and personal development success.

This year’s theme, “The Catalyst for Change”, is inspired by women from within San Antonio and nationwide that are causing riffs and shaking things up locally and globally.

We are doubling in size for 2019 and so is our schedule. Our 200+ attendees will have the opportunity to meet twice as many inspirational women than last year and be able to customize their agendas, choosing from 24 workshops, 4 panels, 4 keynotes, and meet 10+ exhibitors.

H+S Hustlers will leave this event with inspiration, stories, meaningful contacts, new relationships, data-based insights, and an array of tools shared with them by San Antonio's best and brightest in business and leadership.

Who should attend?

The H+S conference is designed for women who are currently business owners, curators of a digital brand or web presences, organizational leaders, as well as women who have not yet started a business but are interested in one day doing so. We are especially interested in creating a space to empower minority women in entrepreneurship and create space for more access to diverse tech, media, and business development opportunities.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can tickets be purchased for one day only?

  • The H+S experience is designed as a growing and learning process from the opening ceremony up until the closing of day two of the conference. In order to get the most value out of this experience, we suggest you attend at least both main conference days. We do not recommend this event if you are only able to attend one of the two main conference days.

If I'm not from San Antonio, is this conference for me?

  • If you live in the surrounding areas of San Antonio and if you live in Texas, yes Hustle + Socialize is for you too! We will share details concerning travel and accomodations with our out of town friends very soon.

What can I bring to the event?

  • Your beautiful hustling self, a notebook and pen for taking down notes, your cell phone for pictures, and business cards if you have them. We do not recommend you bring your laptops.

Is there a dress code?

  • Business Casual for Thursday and Friday, Casual for Saturday.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

  • Attendees must be 21 years old or older.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

  • Tickets are transferable up until 14 days before the event. Refunds are not available.
