Do I need prior dance experience?

No, this class is for beginners! No dance experience needed.

Do I need a partner?

You can sign up individually or with a partner. Our students do both & you can learn just as much without a partner as you can with. If you don’t have a partner we do rotations! Best way to learn! If you have a partner you can choose to rotate or not to rotate with practice partners.

What type of shoes do I wear?

We recommend ballroom shoes. Ballroom shoes have suede soles that allow you to grab, yet turn & slide. -or- Shoes not worn on the street with clean soles thay slide easily across the floor.
