Event description

Description

Our panel will bare all on founder experiences balancing mental health and work-life at a startup. We’ll discuss some of the often-unspoken expectations of employees, such as:

  • Establishing what hours to work

  • How to handle the workload rollercoaster

  • How to define and practice positivity and positive vulnerability

  • Understand what is needed versus what is reasonable

Set great expectations for yourself and your employees by learning these best-practice tactics that will elevate your working environment.

This event is part of the Founders & C-Suite Track at Startup Boston Week 2019. And is perfect for companies in the Early Stage and Growth Stage.
