Come join us for an encore performance of Wallace Worsley's legendary 1923 silent horror film "The Hunchback of Notre Dame", staring Lon Chaney. Based on Victor Hugo's 1831 novel it's grand sets recall 15th century Paris and set the standard for many later horror films.

Once again the film will be accompanied by internationally renowned organist Dorothy Papadakos. Ms Papadakos came to international attention as the first woman to be Cathedral Organist of the Cathedral of St. John the Divine in NYC from 1990-2003. Dorothy is popular for her sold out silent film improvisations specializing in those starring Charlie Chaplin and Lon Chaney. Recent performances include Norway, Finland, Germany and a host of Halloween horror films throughout the USA! She is celebrated for her daring & imaginative improvisations and scores for theatre, film, TV & ballet. She is in high demand as a unique performer, continually breaking new ground, keeping the organ fresh and relevant in today’s modern world.

What better way to celebrate Halloween than watching a classic horror movie on Friday the 13th, accompanied by a master of improvisation on a large loud pipe organ in a gothic inspired church nave!!! Costumes are not required, but you may want to use this event to give your Halloween costume a trial run, and add to the fun!

Ticket prices: $16 online; $20 at the door.

Doors open at 6:15.
