Julia Geynisman- Tan, MD, Fellow, Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery, Northwestern Prentice Women's Hospital and ERASE Clinic ~ speaker for HEAL Trafficking.

Compelling Local Survivor Perspective presented by:

Mary Durant, MSW, Action Plan Manager, Laboratory to Combat Human Trafficking

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

You must be over 16 years old to attend. No children are allowed due to the nature of the content

What's the refund policy?

Refunds will be given if requested at least 3 days in advance.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, however we are offering professional credits, you cannot transfer registrations if requesting credits.
