Event description

Description

Join Alex Klein and Fahad Punjwani from Human Element, an MIT-based future lab, for an innovation workshop where we will focus on thinking beyond the near term, to uncover evolutionary strategy and product ideas.

When organizations try to evolve, they find themselves trapped by their current structures, processes, and governance and limited by their current state. This workshop will equip you with a mindset and methodology to think beyond the near term and develop a meaningful future vision.

Our methodology is based on our own primary research at Fortune 500 companies at and a “core human needs” framework, inspired by Dr. Susan Fiske from Princeton. And we use sci-fi storytelling to bring the make the future vibrantly come to life.

  • At the end of this workshop, you will have a new mindset for:
  • Current state assessment: How to understand the role you currently play in people’s lives.
  • Future Visioning: How to define the role you will play in the future.
  • Unconstrained ideation: How to create product ideas that achieve the role.
  • Storytelling: How to bring your visions to life, allowing you to create buy-in from key stakeholders and customers.

You don’t need prior experience, just a desire to disrupt and change the status quo.
