Do I need to know how to swim?

No. This experience is gentle, supported, and safe. You’ll float with provided flotation devices and remain in shallow water where the facilitator is present at all times.

What should I bring?

Please bring:
~ A journal
~ Cool & comfortable clothes. Shorts or pants you can easily pull up so they don't get wet while entering the pool to get onto your floating bed.  
~ A water bottle

Expect deep relaxation, lightness, warmth, and a sense of being held. Some participants experience emotional release, gentle tingling sensations, or dreamlike imagery—all normal responses to sound and water therapy.
