Do you want to work on a million-dollar idea that could change the world?

The Hult Prize@BU is an exciting opportunity for student change-makers and entrepreneurs within Boston University to create viable startups and earn a chance to compete for $1 million in seed capital at the Hult Prize Challenge held at the United Nations!

On September 30th, join the BU Chapter to learn more about the Hult Prize competition and how to participate!

How does it work?

  • September 14: Hult Prize International will announce the competition theme.

  • September 30: Learn more about the competition, qualifications, and important dates at our BU Info Session!

  • September-November: Student teams will register and begin working on their venture ideas and competition pitches. Workshops and resources will be provided on a weekly basis for all registered Hult Prize @BU teams.

  • November: Student teams will pitch to an internal judging panel at the end of November. Date TBA. Six teams will move on to the BU finale.

  • December 10: Six BU finalist teams will pitch to a panel and audience. One team will be chosen to represent BU in the Hult Prize Regional Competition.

The grand prize!

The winners of the regional and national rounds will move into an eight-week accelerator program held in the United Kingdom. From there, six qualifying teams will compete for the grand prize of $1 million!
