FREE PARKING at DeVry, Free overflow grass parking in the lot next door.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
There is FREE parking directly at the DeVry campus on route 1. There will be additional overflow parking in the grass field next to the event.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
For the safety of our guests, we are implementing a no bags policy. If you have a NEED for bringing a bag in, it will be subject to thorough search. No outside food or beverages are allowed to be brought in the event. No chairs or coolers are allowed. ABSOLUTELY no weapons or firearms. Pets are not permitted inside the event with exception to certified seeing eye companions. Strollers are permitted in but may be searched at our discretion.
Is the event handicapped accessible?
Yes! The entire show is on a flat asphalt parking lot. The main marking is on the same lot. Should you need to park on the grass overflow parking, just let the parking attendant know and you will be directed to the drop off at the front entrance. For the 20 min light show, if sitting in the VIP seating area, the very front is reserved for wheelchair access. In the standing area, a portion of the front is roped off for wheelchair seating as well.
There is a designated smoking area outside the event in the parking lot. Smoking will not be allowed inside the event area.
We expect all guests to behave in a family-friendly manner. Line jumping, profanity and unruly behavior are offensive to park guests and may be cause for ejection without refund. Guests are not permitted to save places in line, bypass others in line, or exit the line and return to the same place for any reason. Guests exiting a line must go to the back of the line if they choose to return. Police and security will be onsite to enforce this policy.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Each ticket scans only once so you can give your ticket to another person but once it has been scanned, that ticket cannot be used again.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You have the option of printing your tickets and bringing them to the event, you can store the ticket on your smartphone in the eventbrite app, in a wallet application or by pulling up your email at the event on your smartphone. Whatever method you choose, make sure prior to attending that you are able to display the QR code on the ticket, that is what we scan at the door.
What is the refund policy?
All ticket sales are final. Should you not be able to attend on a particular day you may transfer your ticket here on eventbrite for a $3 service fee, AS LONG as that show has not sold out. If you wish to attend another day that has a higher ticket price, you can pay the difference during the transfer.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Yes, that is fine. Tickets can only be used once, so whomever uses that ticket, it cannot be used again.
What about rain and bad weather?
We will post on the site if the event is going to be canceled for the evening due to weather. The call will be made by noon daily. Just because it is raining in the morning, as long as the event times are predicted to be clear, the show will go on. If the show has not been canceled and a light rain occurs, the show will continue. Should a heavy rain occur, the remainder of the show may be canceled.
Should the show be canceled, though your tickets are not refundable, your tickets are good to attend on any other day of the 35 days of shows of equal ticket value. If you purchased a weekday ticket and wish to attend on a fri-sun, you can pay the ticket difference at the ticket booth.
