At Jar'd, sustainability is a prevailing theme. They’ve incorporated local, organic, and sustainable products into their menu, and take pride in our healthy interior environment. They used low impact building materials, with very limited use of plastics and petrochemicals, and regularly use recyclable, compostable, and reusable wares, as well as green cleaning products.

Jeff is a proud New York native and has worked for more than 20 years as a multi-disciplined environmental professional focused on resource conservation strategies in the built environment and sound economic development. He has extensive experience in program and project management and organizational sustainability leadership for large and globally-recognized organizations. His areas of expertise include the use of behavioral, organizational, financial, communications, and technological approaches to design and deploy effective energy efficiency and other sustainability strategies.
