Overview: Our overall aim is to facilitate sales and marketing alignment; this workshop works well if someone from sales and someone from marketing attends. You'll agree on a process for managing leads to minimise pipeline leakage and learn how to set up & use CRM.
Who's it for? HubSpot Sales and Marketing teams who are ready to unify the efforts of sales and marketing and create a winning commercial team.
Objectives: By the end of this half day Hubspot training workshop, you will:
Have agreement between sales & marketing on lead handover and recycling processes
Set up properties, lists, filters, views, alerts and workflows to improve lead management
Map your sales process in HubSpot CRM
When and where? Our courses operate in Manchester, Woking, Milton Keynes and Birmingham throughout the year. Each one is limited to a maximum of 8 attendees. This is a half day course, immediately followed by the HubSpot Sales Enablement workshop. As these two workshops courses are suitable for both sales and marketing people, you may want to join us for the whole day by signing up for both courses.
Prerequisites: To get the most out of this course, come along armed with some examples of what you believe constitutes a "good" sales lead for your sales team and a list of the key steps involved in your current sales process.
