Training Overview:
Construction Contracting training will discuss construction industry topics with representatives from SAMET Corporation, an industry leading Commercial & Industrial General Contractors, Design & Builders and Construction Managers in the Southeast with operations in North Carolina.
The discussion will include topics such as:
- Bidding procedures
- Construction methods, project delivery
- Prequalification
- Minority participation and reporting requirements
- Subcontractor bid requirements
Presented by: Chyna Green, Project Diversity and Development Manager, SAMET Corporation.
Projected Outcomes: High level understanding of doing business in the construction industry with the state of North Carolina.
