You are invited to a Town Hall about the HR/Payroll Project.
This special session is for HR Contacts, Business Managers, and Authorized Student-Hire Representatives.
With the new HR/Payroll system rolling out in April, we are hosting this Town Hall so you and your colleagues are informed well in advance. This is a brief but important session, with information that directly relates to your work.

Learn about the project’s purpose, people, and key milestones from Co-Sponsors Caroline Agardy (Vice President for Human Resources) and Mandy Kibler (University Controller).

See the new system in action, with on-screen demonstrations led by the USC project leads for HR (Connie Thompson), Benefits (Jennifer McKay), and Payroll (DeAnna Sloop).

Hear about training activities and online resources that will prepare us for change – and about the support team that’s being put in place to serve you during and long after go-live.
The new HR/Payroll system is scheduled to go live in April 2019. This session will give you an important look into upcoming changes relating to HR, Benefits, maintaining accounting, and student hiring – and an important heads-up on training, support, and next steps.
