This special session is for HR Contacts, Business Managers, and Authorized Student-Hire Representatives.

With the new HR/Payroll system rolling out in April, we are hosting this Town Hall so you and your colleagues are informed well in advance. This is a brief but important session, with information that directly relates to your work.

This session will provide you with important need-to-know information.

• Learn about the project’s purpose, people, and key milestones from Co-Sponsors Caroline Agardy (Vice President for Human Resources) and Mandy Kibler (University Controller).

• See the new system in action, with on-screen demonstrations led by the USC project leads for HR (Connie Thompson), Benefits (Jennifer McKay), and Payroll (DeAnna Sloop).

• Hear about training activities and online resources that will prepare us for change – and about the support team that’s being put in place to serve you during and long after go-live.

The new HR/Payroll system is scheduled to go live in April 2019. This session will give you an important look into upcoming changes relating to HR, Benefits, maintaining accounting, and student hiring – and an important heads-up on training, support, and next steps.
