Our next HR & Recruiter Roundtable will be an interactive discussion to help us craft a stronger message around our region’s K-12 and post-secondary education pathways for attracting and retaining talent in the region. This will be critical component for the next edition of the Chamber’s Education Guide, a publication in our relocation assistance resource packet.
We want our frontline recruiters to share strategies and messaging ideas to let out-of-area candidates know that our region is a great place to live, work and play. We will also be sharing finalized Career Pathways that mapped nine of our industry sectors from entry-level to senior-level.
