Where concealed firearms can be legally be carried?
Why can qualified LEOs and qualified retired LEOs carry?
Whether your agency has any potential civil liability?

Who should attend:
Police Executives, Directors, Police Chiefs & Supervisors
Firearms Instructors
LEOs who travel outside their jurisdiction
Retiring & Retired LEOs

Come find out how to protect or establish your right to concealed carry
as a qualified LEO or as a qualified retired LEO.

PRESENTER:

Thomas Roughneen, Esq. -

A firearms attorney, former Assistant Prosecutor, Veteran Army JAG, National Guard Lieutenant Colonel, and a combat veteran.

He represents LEOs in a range of weapons matters and had the privilege of representing 3 State University LEOs when the NJ State Police denied their permits to carry in retirement. Those cases, and the appeal, led to the 2017 law that expanded the right to carry to almost all uniformed police officers who retire in good standing.

**Please note that sandwiches will be served for lunch and we cannot accommodate for special diets or food allergies. You are certainly welcome to bring your own lunch. Thank you for your understanding.
