About this Event
We are so excited for you to register for our 2021 Crawfish Crawl! This event is replacing our principal fundraiser, Turkey Trot, for both the 2020 and 2021 years due to COVID-19. Included in this note is some general registration information to make your registration experience go as smooth as possible. If you don’t find your answer here please don’t hesitate to reach out to Erin (eteshara@hpotx.org) to get your answers.
This year you will not be able to attend without purchasing an entry ticket or meal. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT CLIENTS MAY NOT ATTEND WITHOUT A REGISTERED PARENT, GUARDIAN, OR CHAPERONE.
o Entry Ticket and T-shirt $20: This ticket gives you access to the event, our commemorative t-shirt, and the event swag bag full of surprise goodies. This ticket does NOT include any food.
o Boxed Lunch $10: This item gives you access to the event and a boxed lunch from Chick-fil-a containing a chicken sandwich, chips, cookie, and a drink.
o Blanket $20: Themed blanket to use during the event to sit on the grass and as a keepsake going forward
o Mask $10: Drytech reusable mask matching our Crawfish Crawl theme.
• To have an experience most like you have in the past it is encouraged for you to choose the Entry ticket and T-shirt AND the boxed lunch option.
• If we must cancel the event due to COVID restrictions, your registration will be refunded.
• Registration is open through March 12th, after that date there will be a late registration fee and we cannot guarantee t-shirt availability.
