About the presenter:
Kate Quinn Stewart, M.Ac. is a Licensed Acupuncturist who specializes in supporting people with mental and emotional health challenges including PTSD, depression, and anxiety. Kate’s approach brings together the wisdom of Chinese medicine and the latest in modern neuroscience for the benefit of her patients. She is passionate about empowering people to listen to their bodies and activate their own innate healing power.
Kate has been a holistic health practitioner since 2000, practicing acupuncture since 2005 and massage therapy prior to that. Her acupuncture practice, Nurturing Spirit Acupuncture, is located in Dupont Circle. Kate offers in-person acupuncture as well as telehealth sessions. In her Virtual Wellness Sessions she works with patients to create customized self-care programs that incorporate acupressure, breathwork, qi gong, aromatherapy, herbal medicine, mindset shifts, lifestyle adjustments, and dietary guidance based on Chinese medicine principles. These one-on-one online consultations are available to anyone in Washington, DC or Virginia.
