Meet the Speaker: Ellen Dunne

Ellen is a longtime veteran of the San Francisco startup scene and is currently a Senior Product Manager at Shopify, leading technology initiatives that help Shopify store owners manage and market their stores. One of these initiatives is Kit – a ‘virtual employee’, read: bot, that Shopify store owners talk to through simple chat conversations to get things done. This includes everything from building Facebook ads, to sourcing new products, to fixing 404 errors on their online store.
