In Armenia, we have the brightest technical minds in the world; yet we are not as strong on the business and sales side to match our technical power.

Like many technical/engineer led startups in Silicon Valley, we end up building more products than ever before, but most of them fail to raise money and scale--not because we can't complete what we set out to build, but because we waste time, money, and effort building the wrong product.

What we need is a systematic process for quickly vetting product ideas and raising our odds of success. That's the promise of the Continuous Innovation framework.

Our speaker, George Bandarian II (who built and sold a company in LA, and is now the is the Founder & Managing Partner at ValueScaler and newly launched Duxov Ventures) will take you through an exacting strategy - developed by Ash Maurya, best-selling author of Running Lean and Scaling Lean, for achieving “product/market fit” for your fledgling venture.

He will instruct you in deconstructing your idea in a 1-page Lean Canvas, identifying the riskiest parts, and using small and fast experiments to move your idea forward.

In the first half of the talk, you will get an insight into the Continuous Innovation framework and related mindset and methodology; in the second half, you will create your Lean Business Model Canvases online.
