Learn the basics of Twitter and how to use it for Activism

Orly Jaffe will cover the basics of Twitter and getting comfortable with it. Building “klout” and getting messages out there will be helpful for our cause.

A Silicon Valley veteran, Orly’s background spans marketing, branding and product development for startups to companies such as eBay, Yahoo! and LinkedIn. She is active with the Democratic Volunteer Center and a consultant for Change Research.

Lisa Ferino will introduce us to the National Voter Corps. The 2018 elections are top priority.

A former college lecturer with a Ph.D. in Comparative Literature from UCLA, Lisa Ferino now divides her time between two very active political groups, Indivisible South Bay and National Voter Corps.



Meet with neighbors who are taking action to resist the dangerous and damaging policies and legislation proposed by the current administration. Learn about actions you can take and events you can attend.
