Description

***LIMITED TO 20 ATTENDEES****

She Did It Her Way is excited to present morning series designed to help entrepreneur's grow and manage their businesses. The goal is for you to leave the workshop with tangible and practical steps to implement and see results immediately.

For November's breakfast, we are featuring Prudy Gourguechon. Dr. Prudy Gourguechon, Invantage founder, has spent 35 years as a psychiatrist, psychoanalyst, and organizational leader. Her goal is to use her expertise to help leaders in business make better decisions, craft more successful strategies, avoid costly mistakes and meaningfully develop their own capacity for leadership. Invantage specializes in explaining the irrational, idiosyncratic, complex and hidden psychological forces in play.

In the early stages of growing a business, we can easily find ourselves saying yes to every opportunity that comes our way. In the long run, we could potentially be putting ourselves, team and business at risk by engaging with misaligned clients causing frustrations, internal culture conflict and decreased profits.

Join us for a fireside chat as Dr. Gourguechon leads a discussion around the following:

1. DEFINITION - What does a nightmare client look like?

2. PREVENTION - How to identify a nightmare client before it is too late

3. CALCULATION - How do you calculate risk/benefit ratio of working with them regardless of them being a nightmare client?

4. DAMAGE CONTROL AND RECOVERY - If you missed the warning signs and ended up in a business relationship with a nightmare client, how do you successfully transition out of the relationship and mitigate risk.

The format is as follows:

7:45am - 8am: Check In + Breakfast (Coffee and snacks will be provided)

8am: Kick off with Dr. Gourguechon

9:00am: Wrap Up
