How To Taste Wine And Why! (Class + Dinner)

Here at the Boston Wine School, we believe one of the best ways to learn about wine is with food. This single session wine experience begins with a 2-hour class and wraps up with a delicious wine pairing supper that will help you understand some of the fundamentals of pairing wine with food.
We'll begin with the art of wine tasting in all its unabashed sniffing, swirling and swishing. Then the class will taste a few of the essential wines you need to know — New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, red Bordeaux, French Pinot, California chardonnay, and others.
This is one of the most popular classes and a great introduction to both reds and whites.
