Title: How to Take a Business to a Next Level of Performance
Description: The strategy and entrepreneurship literatures suggest that an entrepreneurial orientation improves firm performance, although the effect of performance can be different in different types of environments (i.e., external factors). Research has also found that entrepreneurial strategies require considerable financial resources to be successful.
Objectives: This workshop has the purpose of teaching future professionals several techniques to:
- Review of basic management principles and best practices
- Evaluation of 16 premises that must exist for a business to be successful
